To apply for membership, you must complete Form G – Associate Member Application.

If you send your application and payment information by mail, download and complete the application, and send it  to:  THAI   P.O. Box 16247  Chapel Hill, NC  27516   USA

Since your application does not require any supporting documents, you may also send your application and credit card information by e-mail. In this case, complete the application and send it as a MS Word attachment to info@thaihelaingalliance.com
